Calapan City is the capital of Oriental Mindoro,
the nearest island province to Metro Manila lying approximately
130 kilometers due to its south. A trip to Calapan City from Metro
Manila is broken down into three legs, two by land and one by sea.
First
Leg
The first leg by land is a trip from your origin
to the city of Batangas, which lies 85 kilometers south of Metro
Manila. You can take an hourly Tritran/Jam bus originating from
Edsa-Kamias or Buendia-Taft terminals. This leg can take between
2-3 hours depending on the traffic.

Third Leg
The final leg by land is a traditional tricycle ride from the port
of Calapan to the Parang Beach Resort, which takes approximately
15 minutes and costs P10. If driving on your own, look for the easy
to follow Parang Beach resort signs from the Calapan pier that will
bring you right to our doorstep. We offer free pick-up from the
Calapan City port to the resort if you call us with your arrival
time.
VIP Transport
For our international guests, Parang Beach Resort offers direct
VIP airport transfers from Ninoy Aquino International Airport to
Batangas. For our local guests, we also offer transfers from Metro
Manila to Batangas, including origin points in between. The cost
of a private vehicle is P2,300 to Batangas (air conditioned van
- good for 7 people).
Traveling in the Philippines can be both interesting and fun but
at times can also be confusing and frustrating. We recommend advance
planning to avoid any disappointment in your travels and contacting
us to make arrangements for your transportation needs to and from
the resort.
